The Ramadan holiday on the 24th is a national holiday but our office is observing it today. And that's why I'm able to blog today--even if I really, really need to sleep. But I can't go to sleep knowing that I haven't blogged in a week. Not good for my blogging psyche. Not good at all.
Although I had all the chances to sleep yesterday but I didn't take them. Because I have to have my Grey's Anatomy season two marathon on DVD. And I'm going back to it as soon as I'm done here. So I guess that really doesn't give me the right to whine about lacking sleep, huh? So what. I'm a happy, happy sleepless person.
And I promise to read more than one book this week so that I can review more than one book over at Bookabulary at the end of this week. I just wasn't into reading the previous week. So sorry about that. Let's just hope that I do a better job this week--even if I'm going to be busy putting together a Halloween costume for our office fun day on Saturday.
I was thinking of doing Peyton's costume in OTH's Halloween ep last season until a colleague of mine said she's doing doing it. At least now I know I really don't have to shell out on something only not to get best costume--because I found out late last week that I got picked to be in the judging committee. Still, any suggestions, peeps?
And October 22 turned out to be one heck of a red-letter day. Here's why:
And there had been talks that Becks will get his CBE and become a Knight in 2007. Sir David Beckham? Freaky but definitely cool!
But I can't help slipping into mourning mode these days. I found out that The David Beckham Pages is shutting down come October 31. I didn't see it coming and disappointed doesn't cover enough of what I feel. It has been my constant go-to about Becks stuff since I was in college and I can't imagine it not being online in a few days time. Now, I'm going numb. So before I go catatonic, I better go back to Mer-Der watch (so that I can pretend that everything's fine and that McDreamy isn't being as ass in the current season).

Dude that would've been cool if you were what Peyton was for Halloween last year...it was so cool and wickedly disturbing when, well what season and episode are you guys on out there? I don't want to spoil anythign for you...
Ugh, so the Becks pages are closing down, yesterday? That sucks the big one.
But atleast you're watching Grey's, that's something..I love it!
Hey, Dee! We're done with the third season of OTH but still waiting for the start of the latest one...you might not want to spoil anything for me but I have been reading your ep reviews every week. Hahaha!
But the Becks Zone blog is still on and they just moved the pics to some other hosting site. It's cool now. Kinda.
And I'm sooo into Grey's...thank God I was able to borrow the second season DVD or I would have been stuck to watching it on TV and we still haven't reached the 10th ep. Can't wait for the new one...especially since I've been reading about it on your space and everywhere I can. :o)
